The Word of God
We believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired Word of God, inherent in the original writings, complete as the revelation of God's will for salvation, and the supreme and final authority in all matters to which they speak.
2 Timothy 3:15-17;
2 Peter 1:19-21;
2 Peter 3:16;
We believe in (1) one God, Creator and sustainer of all things, eternally existing (2) in three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, (3) that these are equal in every divine perfection and that they execute distinct but harmonious offices in the work of creation, providence, and redemption.
- Deut. 6:4

- Titus 3:3-7; Romans 8:9-11
God the Father
We believe in (1) God the Father, an infinite, personal Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power and love. (2) He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men and women, (3) hears and answers prayer, (4) and He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.
- Matthew 6:9; Hebrews 12:6-11
- Isaiah 40:28-31
- Jeremiah 33:3; Matthew 7:11
- John 3:16
We believe that (1) Jesus Christ is God's eternal Son, and has precisely the same nature, attributes and perfections as God the Father (2) and God the Holy Spirit. (3) He is not only true God, (4) but true man (5) conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary. (6) We believe in His sinless life, His substitution atonement, His bodily resurrection from the dead, (7) His ascension into heaven, (8) His priestly intercession on behalf of His people, (9) and His personal, visible, pre-millennial return from heaven.

(3) We further believe all persons are sinners by nature and choice (4) and are therefore, spiritually dead. (5) We also believe that the Holy Spirit regenerates those who repent of sin, and trust Jesus Christ as Savior.

We believe in (1) salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. (2) This salvation is based upon the sovereign grace of God, and was purchased by Christ on the cross, (3) and is received through faith apart from any human merit, works, or ritual. (4) We believe salvation results in righteous living, good works, and proper social concern.

We believe that (1) the Church is the spiritual body of which Christ is the head (2) and is composed of all persons who through saving faith in Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit. (3) This body expresses itself in local assemblies whose members have been baptized upon a credible confession of faith and have associated themselves for worship, instruction, evangelism and service. (4) The ordinances of the local church are believers' baptism and the Lord's Supper. (5) We also believe in the interdependence of local churches and the mutual submission of Christians to each other in love.

Separataion of Church & State
We believe that each local church is self-governing in function and must be free from interference by any ecclesiastical or political authority. We also believe all men and women are directly responsible to God in matters of faith and life, and they should be free to worship God according to the dictates of their consciences.
